Reduced file size

File size was reduced from 300mb+ to 205mb. This was done by reducing the resolution of textures for small/distant objects in the scene (such as the chair, table and radiator) as-well as reducing the resolution greatly/removing completely of maps that had nothing in them (some normal maps were basically just blank but still consumed a bunch of disk space at 4K)

Added displacement as-well as adaptive subdivision to the brick wall to break up it's silhouette (this was done in response to feedback I got)
